Does Millionline sell authentic products?

As an authorized online and offline distributor for all the high-end designer labels, we can unconditionally guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items that are not purchased at Millionline.

If I didn’t receive a confirmation email or a track & trace code, did my order come through correctly?

Various causes are possible. If you placed an order via your Facebook account, the confirmation e-mail including track & trace will be sent to the email address linked to your Facebook.

In case you misspelled your email address, or in case your payment didn’t come through, please contact our Customer Care team via customercare@millionline.nl

What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

When you are not home to receive your order, PostNL or UPS will try to deliver it the next following day. If PostNL or UPS cannot deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from PostNL or UPS to pick up your order at the nearest pick-up location.

How can I track my order?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order. A second email with the track & trace code will follow.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL and PayPal.
